VENDOR INFORMATION

Things You May Need for Your Application

Depending on the type of vendor or activity you are applying for, you may be asked to provide some of the following information or documents.

General Vendor Requirements ⌄

All vendors may be asked to provide:

✓ Business or trading name and contact details
✓ Description of your products or services
✓ Relevant licences or registrations
✓ Relevant qualifications or certificates
✓ Risk assessment
✓ Photos, website or social-media page showing your business or products

Food & Drink Vendors ⌄

Food and drink vendors may be asked to provide additional food-safety information, including:

✓ Food Business Registration details
✓ Food Hygiene Training or relevant food-safety training
✓ Food Safety documentation
✓ Allergen information for the food being sold
✓ Food Hygiene Rating, where applicable
✓ Details of cooking equipment being used
✓ Details of any gas or electrical equipment

You may also be asked to provide further information about your food preparation, storage, cooking and serving arrangements.

Clothing, Fashion & Retail Vendors ⌄

Vendors selling clothing, fashion, jewellery, accessories, crafts or other products may be asked to provide:

✓ Description of the products you intend to sell
✓ Product safety and labelling information
✓ Photos, website or social-media page showing your products
